  1. @josuesucka U2 have earned more money then your grandads pension

  2. its such an amazing track but its sad aswell for in around 5 billion years, when our descendants watch the Earth get swallowed by the Sun. hopefully someone may play it while thinking about everything thats happend.

  3. U2 is the worst band in the entire history of music!

  4. …masterpeace…

  5. A small measure of peace.

  6. I didn’t realise until recently that Above & Beyond sampled this in their track ‘Good For Me’. Another awesome song by the way…

  7. “APOLLO” by Brian Eno —this album is amazing… have been listening to it for well over 20 yrs!! always brings me closer to the truth…

  8. and don’t forget the u2 tour concept.
and Bowie’s Berlin Trilogy (and on the brilliant Outside!!!) and David Byrne (My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts uhuhuhu!!) and Laurie Anderson and by far the best James album (Wah Wah). This guy has the Midas’ touch.

  9. this guy’s the man..
thanks to him so many songs sound the way they do, awesome songs, like u2 songs..
take, ‘the unforgettable fire’, where the streets have no name’, ‘with or without you’, ‘beautiful day’, just to name a few.
and lets not forget some coldplay songs as well..
    this guy rocks.

  11. I am glad you find it therapeutic :) that solves my anxiety about the “function” issue eheh. Try listening to the whole album, it is brilliant.

  12. eheh

  13. wow this really helps to reduce stress

  14. ha ha ha, i have just saw your tags for this video… please disregard my question about the song name… as Homer Simpson would say DOH

  15. It is quite a powerful and moving song, i enjoyed listening to it – the video was relaxing to watch too. I am confused though, this song features on the film 28 days later called “An Ending(Ascent” but it is called Nebulea here? 5 Stars by the way :)

  16. well, I’m overwhelmed! Yes, I had a few problems with the transitions and the compressing process messed them quite a bit. You’re quite right, technically it could be much better – as always, I rushed it. Still, I believe the music makes more than 50% of the video (I consider this album a brilliant ambient piece of art). I am glad you liked it that much & thanks for your generously long comment. :) Cheers!

  17. i didn’t expect it to get that intense visually. the video is kickass! it really seems to build nicely. also the transitions for the most part are awesome. i couldn’t think of a more fitting video for the song too.

  18. yes, it is a brilliant tune.
    thanks!

  19. Tho Apollo isnt one of my favorite Eno albums this track is always a joy to listen to, nice timelapse work….very tranquil 5*:D
